My talk at TEDx Boulder
Short and sweet—or short, at least. Here is the quick talk that I did at TEDx Boulder this summer. I haven’t actually been able to bring myself to watch the video yet, but I’m told it came out alright. I hope you enjoy it!

Very, very well done!

Those were wise words. I really liked the small illustrations with no text. Finding a calm negative space is a key to opening up my creativity. Thanks Grant!

Great to finally see you Grant.
I sense an irony in that your talk about negative space had to be a quick one of a rapid sequence :)

@Sebastian – true, good point! I missed that one.
@iamronen – thanks! And, yes, there was definitely a parallel to the delivery of the talk and its content/message.

Thank you for such a sharable and insightful talk!

Found your blog through a link of your talk on zen habits tumblr. Love the idea. I think it’s why after a day of creating, I need a day of nesting and consuming. I need some negative space to rebound and refuel after heavy creation days. Today is a consumption day – catching up on blogs, books, etc then yoga. Tomorrow will be a day of making.

Great presentation. Short, concise and interesting. And you left your audience with an action item. Personally I just feel better knowing there are other folks that wake up and do the email/twitter thing. We both should stop that crap though.
